Hola les dejo estas imagenes y videos que tengo que compartir porque son inspiradores, el arte de los que hacen fondos para las peliculas de ghibli studio.

Pueden ver su rigor, dedicación y dimensionar que el arte , más allá de lo que los medios muestran, como un acto inutil y poco fecundo , es una forma de despertar a lo que nos rodea en su sentido más amplio,genera un respeto profundo a la vida y cuando eso se tiene es más poderoso que cualquier arma , porque nos da la capacidad de dicernir , de tener un punto fijo en el mundo, desde donde ninguna idea tóxica  nos puede contaminar, la naturaleza nos protege. El acto de observar al mundo concientemente, de empatizar con él a través del reconocimiento de sus formas y colores y más allá, de los significados que despiertan regalos tan majestuoso y a la vez tan cotidianos como ver salir el sol, es el camino de la verdadera libertad, es sanar el alma de todos estos pensamientos absurdos que claman por ser verdaderos. Me voy dando cuenta que no hay yo sin ustedes…que mierda no?.

This is a documental about how ours societies are manipulated and converted into productive entities mainly in benefiets of other and sleaved by an unfair monetary system. Shure we all know things in the world and around us are going bad, but in this video you will see the BIG plan behind all this.
Hope you do something and do not forget we are human being first of all, not illustrators, musicians, architects, lovers, or wathever this system is trying to believe we are to hide from us our own potential to change the world with our creativity. From that starting point, hearing our inner voices , I think, we can construct a better future for our children, and I have a beautiful daugther already so this is really a personal battle for me …

Este es un documental de como nuestras sociedades están siendo manipuladas transformandolas en entidades productivas principalmente en beneficio de otros. Seguro todos saben y sienten que las cosas están muy mal alrededor nuestro, pero en este video se ve el plan maestro detras.
Ojala hagan algo y no olviden que por sobre todos las cosas somos seres humanos, no ilustradores, musicos, arquitectos, amantes o cualquiera de los arquetipos que el sistema nos propone para no ver nuestro potencial de cambiar al mundo por completo con nuestra capacidad creadora. Desde este punto de comienzo , escuchandonos desde adentro, desde donde bombea nuestra sangre, creo yo, podremos construir un mejor futuro a nuestros hijos, y tengo una hermosa hija así que esta batalla a librar para mi es personal.

Well well my friends, the commision was to make a chain golem controled by a dark priest destroying a city.
I first explore some options, and make a final sketch. Then with that as a guide did a 3d model of the scene and paint over it. In this case the decision to go for 3d modelling was because chains are very time consuming to draw in a  realistic way, for me of course, and I was expecting some time to get my hands on 3d for a real work just to see what happend. The result matters a lot, but the process is a personal journey, and if you push yourself to do things in other ways can teach you so much more!.

The character was described to me as a gobling that hides himself on burned trees and have fire hair, so I try to capture that difficulting the reading of the body with the tree branches, as a visual camuflage.
This work was done entirely digital. I mainly try to work without limiting myself, all is fair play to get a final piece, specially if you are working with strict deadlines. So you can see I use lots of layers, mainly to make painting more easy, and to have more control over further modifications. The ideas to really enhance a work come to me in more advance stages of the painting, because while your doing it you digg into the history of the characther, the atmosphere of the scene, and that’s the place where I mainly look to came up with ideas.
